The Barcelona Wine Week (BWW), held from February 3 to 5, 2025, has established itself as a reputable event on the international wine calendar.
In its fifth edition, the fair experienced a 30% growth in the number of exhibitors, bringing together 1,266 wineries from 81 Spanish Designations of Origin. Also, 25,700 professionals, 20% of whom were international attendees.
The Jumilla Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) had a strong presence with 22 wineries, including Bodegas Alceño, where we craft our wines. These wineries held fruitful business meetings with both long-time clients and new contacts from various international markets.
Robiza’s Experience at BWW:
- Barcelona Wine Launch of the 2024 Vintage
Our presence at BWW marked the debut of our 2024 vintage. It garnered significant interest from international distributors from Japan, Georgia, and France. As well as high-end restaurateurs who consistently feature Robiza on their exclusive wine lists. - Reconnecting with Our Roots
We had the pleasure of reuniting with our winery team and our winemaker, Andrés. We discuss new releases and innovative proposals that will continue to shape Robiza’s identity. - Strategic Partnerships
We sealed key commercial agreements for Drink Home Ibiza, strengthening our presence for the upcoming summer season. - Shared Stories
We cherished meaningful moments with fellow wineries we’ve shared experiences with at fairs and wine roadshows in Mallorca, Miami, and New York City. It reminds us how wine serves as a bridge that connects cultures and emotions. - A Showcase for Our New Website
We also had the opportunity to unveil our newly redesigned website, robizawine.com, to clients and visitors at our stand. A fresh digital space that reflects Robiza’s essence and our passion for wine.
BWW was more than just a trade show; it was a space filled with inspiration and growth.
Thank you for being part of this journey that we continue to build together, glass by glass.
