Carmen is a passionate leader in eco-luxury, with experience working for international brands such as Bvlgari Resort and Aero Jets, where she crafted unique experiences for an elite clientele in Dubai, London, Zanzibar, and Ibiza.
Her deep connection to nature and wellness inspired her to found Robiza Wine in 2020—a tribute to sustainability and elegance.
“I’ve always wanted to unite values like wellness, nature, the joy of life, and eco-luxury into a product,” she says.
Robiza is her vision come to life: wines that celebrate life with sophistication and environmental awareness.
She studied viticulture throughout her four years at university and later pursued the WSET Level 2 certification to further refine her knowledge.
Beyond the expertise in luxury hospitality, Carmen is a passionate advocate for healthy living and mindful wine consumption, promoting a balanced life.
She practices yoga and is deeply committed to creating products that reflect her dedication to sustainability and emotional connection with consumers.

Gerard is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience leading the spirits industry in Ibiza.
He is the founder of Drink Home Ibiza, a company with over 515,000 followers and a loyal customer base.
Gerard blends his deep knowledge of the luxury market with a creative and authentic vision.
After years of distributing external brands and gathering feedback on his clients’ desires, he decided to launch Robiza wine, a sophisticated and eco-chic wine line that reflects his passion for innovation and commitment to quality.
Robiza is his way of connecting with a discerning audience seeking both quality and responsibility.

Our mother cellar with Bodegas Alceño, a revered winery with over 150 years of heritage, we honor time-tested methods while embracing modern practices to craft wines that are both authentic and forward-thinking. Our journey begins in the vineyards, where the unique climate, soil composition, and careful cultivation come together to produce grapes of exceptional quality. Sustainability is at the core of every decision we make, from using environmentally-friendly techniques to nurturing biodiversity in the surrounding ecosystem. We source grapes from low-production vineyards in shaded areas, which produce a higher concentration of polyphenols.
This meticulous approach makes Robiza a limited-edition wines of the highest quality.
For our wine production, we use our own custom yeast, enhancing the wines with a unique authenticity and distinct personality.
Across our vineyards, we have centenary vines that survived the phylloxera epidemic, a testament to their resilience and the rich history of our land.
