Grapes and origin
Robiza Moon is crafted from carefully selected Monastrell and Syrah grapes, a red blend made up of 50% each from 20-year-old vines. These vines grow in calcareous and stony soils at an altitude of 600 to 800 meters above sea level, in the sunny climate of Jumilla, Murcia. With a low yield of just 1.7 kg of grapes per plant, the wine boasts a high concentration of polyphenols and intense flavors.
Vinification Characteristics
This wine is fermented in concrete tanks and matures for 10 months in French and American new oak barrels, which subtly integrates the wood with notes of vanilla, coffee, and toasted aromas. Native yeast is used to enhance the wine’s authenticity.

From the sun-kissed heights of Jumilla, this rosé is the first in Europe to blend 92% zesty Sauvignon Blanc with a splash of 8% Tempranillo, adding a touch of Spanish flair. The Sauvignon blanc vines, averaging 15 years in age, thrive in calcareous and clayey soils at the highest altitude areas, to obtain an ideal acidity. The 20-year-old Tempranillo vines, grown in stony soils, bring an extra layer of freshness and vibrant zing when combined with the Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification Characteristics
Robiza Sun undergoes a brief cryo-maceration at 10°C for 6 hours to keep things light and fresh, followed by static clarification and fermentation at 18°C. The Tempranillo is then elaborated for 10 days at a controlled temperature, using indigenous yeast and a semi-carbonic maceration technique to enhance fruit flavors. It’s a playful wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously, yet delivers exceptional quality

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes in Robiza Sea capture the essence of ocean mists and morning dew, offering a wine that truly reflects its pristine origins.
Vinification Characteristics
Harvesting occurs during the first fortnight of September. At the winemaking process, we carefully control the temperature to preserve and enhance the aromatic potential. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in tanks for 30 days, achieving a refined mouthfeel and a silky texture.
